Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is a first-person shooter video game, developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision for Mac OS X, PlayStation 3, Windows, and the Xbox 360. It is the fourth installment of the Call of Duty video game series,excluding expansion packs. The game breaks away from the World War II setting of previous games in the series and is instead set in modern times.

Since the halt of CAL, the only league that people have had any chance on participating in is CEVO. With the current economic slump, the Total Gaming League (TGL) was hit a bit hard early on and halted the start of new seasons. However, the administrative staff at TGL has begun working hard to get leagues started up for almost all E-Sports games.
